Vendor’s play an important part of our events. Thank you for coming!
To keep down confusion on the date of our event please read over these instructions carefully.
Space is limited. You may not be able to get the spot you have had in years past.
We have no electricity available. Please bring your generators.
1. We do collect sales tax, and report to the State of Mississippi.
2. Booth fees are non-refundable (rain or shine, including cancellations)
3. Set up will begin Saturday morning at 6:00 am. Stop by the Chamber booth, Sign In, and get your location.
Set up must be completed by 8:00 am.
4. Vendors are responsible for their own tables, tents and chairs.
5. Vendors bear the responsibility for all setup and security at sites. The Sardis Chamber of Commerce is not
responsible for loss or damage of any items. Vendor booths must be manned at all times.

Food Vendors on Main Street: $100.00
